Main Duties
- Deliver high-quality training programmes and activities;
- Engage clients and stakeholders to promote programmes and activities;
- Assist in monitoring daily operation and administration of the training centre;
- Maintain facilities and equipments in the training centre;
- Participate in related committees and meetings
Requirements
- Diploma holder in education or related disciplines is preferable;
- A minimum of five years' relevant experience in facilitating outdoor experiential activities or adventure training activities;
- Holder of First Aid Certificate and at least one of the following trainer certificates/qualifications: lifesaving, abseiling, rock climbing, canoeing, outward bound training, team building and/or activity facilitation skill;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
- A good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Well-organised and attentive to details;
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
